LEARNING OUTCOMES

(LO)

LО 1  - analyze and correctly apply normative legal acts and international norms;

LО 2  - to work out recommendations for improving the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to participate in the development of draft legal acts;

LО 3 - advise on various legal issues and formulate arguments to solve problems in the professional sphere;

LО 4 - analyze law enforcement practice, apply skills of legal analysis of specific situations;

LО 5 -  to use knowledge of normative legal acts in the sphere of legal protection of human and civil rights;

LО 6 - apply knowledge and understanding of facts, phenomena, theories and complex dependencies between them in the field of study, apply new and emerging scientific concepts to solve problems of international law in an interdisciplinary context;
